FFactors affecting quality of life of public health personnel in during pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 in Chumphon province.

The Cross-Sectional Research studied aimed to study personal characteristics factors, factors of quality of life and guidelines for improving the quality of life for personnel. A sample of 186 personnel working in Tambon Health Promoting Hospitals. Data were collected using a questionnaire developed from the abbreviated Thai version of the World Health Organization Quality of Life Assessment Questionnaire. (WHOQOL–BREF–THAI) explained descriptive statistics with frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and explained inferential statistics by T-Test: Independent) and analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA) Statistical significance level 0.05
Results: Most of the respondents were female, aged 51 years and over, 34.9% of them were professional nurses, 32.3% of Public Health Technical Officer, and 69.4% of them had more than 10 years of work. The quality of life for social relationship factors and environmental was at a moderate level ( =2.46), ( =2.81) and ( =2.53), respectively. And the quality of life for physical and mental health was at a bad level ( =2.20) and ( =2.31). Multiple regression analysis found that psychological (ß=0.58, t=2.680, p-value =.008) had a statistically significant effect on quality of life at 0.01 in terms of environment (ß=0.30, t=2.50, p-value=.014) and social relations (ß=0.24, t=2.13, p-value =0.34) affecting the quality of life is not statistically significant at 0.05. Hypothesis testing was found that different personal factors affected the quality of life differently. The factors of gender, age, income, education level, working age and size of different Tambon Health Promoting Hospitals had no difference in quality of life, therefore rejecting the hypothesis, but in terms of marital status and job titles are different. There was a statistical significance difference in quality of life at the 0.05 level (p-value=0.014, p-value=0.030), and the number of staff in different Tambon Health Promoting Hospitals. had a significant difference in quality of life at the 0.01 level (p-value = 0.005).
