Abstract

          This descriptive research study aimed to study quality of work life an d happiness workplace effecting to organization commitment among Phuk et provincial health office’ personnel.  Population in this study consisted of 730  Phuket provincial health office’ personnel,   in 2023 fiscal year and the sample size calculating used Taro Yamane formula for 300 cases,  and purp osive random sampling was determining. Data collected by questionnaires including; characteristic, quality of work life, happiness workplace, and or ganization commitment. In addition to check questionnaire standardizatio n, validity was checked by  3 experts and try out testing reliability by Cron bach’s coefficient alpha about 0.70.  Data analyzed using statistical as Pear son product moment correlation coefficient and Stepwise multiple regres sion analysis. The resulted found that, Prediction model analyzed reported that quality of work life factor effecting to organization commitment amo ng Phuket provincial health office’ personnel with statistic significant inclu ding; progressive and stability, good working relationships, work-life bala nce, acceptance, respectively. Happiness workplace factor effecting to org anization commitment among Phuket provincial health  office’ personnel with statistic significant including; interpersonal communication, job sati sfaction, work success, acceptance, respectively.
