Factors Associated with Behaviours of Falls Prevention among Elderly in the Community at Panarea District, Pattani Province.

Abstract
This descriptive research aimed to study factors associated with behaviours of falls prevention among elderly in the community at Panarea District, Pattani Province. Population was 336 elderlies in the elderly club Panare District Pattani Province, in 2025 fiscal year, and the sample size calculating used Daniel formula for 196 cases, and systematic random sampling was determine for collecting data. Data collected by structured interview composed of 4 parts including, characteristics, health perception, social support and behaviours of falls prevention among elderly quality In addition to check questionnaire standardization, validity was checked by 3 experts and try out testing reliability by Cronbach’s coefficient alpha about 0.939. Data analyzed using statistical as Pearson's correlation coefficient at the confidence level.0.05
The research results reported that the level of behaviours of falls prevention among elderly was high (81.12%) ( =2.81, S.D.=0.392). The results of factors associated with behaviours of falls prevention among elderly in the community at Panarea District, Pattani Province, including; health perception (r=0.0.421, P-value<0.001,social support (r=0.479,P-value<0.001)
