บทคัดย่อ
การสูญสลายของรากฟันบริเวณคอฟันเป็นพยาธิสภาพที่ส่งผลต่อทั้งส่วนตัวฟัน รากฟัน และอวัยวะปริทันต์ สาเหตุการเกิดโรคยังไม่เป็นที่ทราบแน่ชัด แต่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการบาดเจ็บต่อฟัน การดำาเนินของโรคมักเกิดขึ้นในระยะเวลาอันสั้น ดังนั้นการตรวจพบและจัดการรอยโรคดังกล่าวในเวลาอันรวดเร็วด้วยวิธีการที่เหมาะสมจะช่วยเก็บรักษาฟันซี่ดังกล่าวไว้ได้ รายงานฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอหลักการ แนวทางการรักษาและผลการรักษาคลองรากฟันในผู้ป่วยที่มีการสูญสลายของรากฟันบริเวณคอฟัน ซึ่งเกิดขึ้นภายหลังจากที่ได้รับบาดเจ็บ แผนการรักษาคือ การรักษา
