THE MOTIVATION OF ROI ET PB UNITED FOOTBALL PLAYERS TOWARDS INTERNATIONAL PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL PLAYERS.

Abstract
The purpose of this research study was to study the motivations of football players from the Roi Et PB team towards international professional footballers. The sample group consisted of male football players from the Roi Et PB team. By selecting a purposive sample of 30 people, the research instrument was the survey of the motivation of football players from the Roi Et PB team towards international professional football players, which is divided into 3 areas as follows: honor and reputation. side of love and income statistics used to analyze data by mean, standard deviation, and percentage. The research results found that the motivation of football players from the Roi Et PB team towards international professional footballers is at a high level overall. Except for the honor and reputation, it is at a moderate level.
