Effect of home visits to HbA1C levels in uncontrolled diabetic patients, Dong Luang Subdistrict, Mukdahan Province, 2023.

Abstract

     This study was a quasi-experiment with pre-post test design. The objective was to study HbA1c in uncontrolled diabetic patients in Dong Luang Subdistrict, Mukdahan Province in 2023. Home visit to patients on cumulative glucose levels (HbA1c) in uncontrolled diabetic patients, Dong Luang Subdistrict, Mukdahan Province, 2023. There was a study period between January and June 2023, totaling 7 months. Sample size were 20 patients with uncontrolled diabetes in Dong Luang Subdistrict, Mukdahan Province with HbA1C > 7 in Dong Luang Subdistrict in 2022 who volunteered to participate in the program. Data were collected from the HbA1c record and analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Dependent t-test and content analysis.

     The results of the study showed that the cumulative glucose level (HbA1c) in uncontrolled diabetic patients, Dong Luang Subdistrict, Mukdahan Province, 2023 before the operation. Accumulated sugar level (HbA1c) more than 7 100 percent after operation There was an accumulation of sugar levels (HbA1c) of more than 7, 75.00 percent and the accumulation of sugar levels (HbA1c) in diabetic patients who could not control sugar levels, Dong Luang Subdistrict, Mukdahan Province, 2023 before and after the operation. There was a statistically significant difference at the .05 level, with the mean cumulative glucose score (HbA1c) after the operation.
