Abstract

     Health services deploy their services under the strategy of the Ministry of Public Health and evaluate the outcome of services following public health goals. The Objective and Key Results (OKRs) is the methods of setting goals for measuring. It has the potential of guidance specific directions or goal entire the organization. The OKRs can joint all measurement target in the organization such as the goal of department level and the goal of health personnel are coherent. All linked targets can assure every
operational level of organization can be assessed and directed to the successfulness. This OKRs is flexible and useful to determine goals from top-down and bottom-up because the result will be used to improve the quality of service at every level. It facilitates and transfers the target from a particular level to various workgroup. Each group can implement healthcare services by the links of each level of OKRs. It is important to generate cooperation with all parties as to the goal-setting as comes from the healthcare
workers and deliver to each level that can assure the process of work to reach the goals. Also, the OKRs process is to enhance the services. The outcome of health care operations can indicate the quality of service by asking the clients about the most benefit or the problems in local area are resolved. The reflection indicates the efficiency and management quality of the organization in every area.
