Abstract

     This research was action research aimed to studied understanding and guidelines for building understanding of personnel involved in the purchase or hiring process. Regulation of the Ministry of Finance On Public Procurement and Procurement Management, 2017. Namon Hospital Kalasin Province. Sample size were 30 Personnel involved in the purchase or hiring process Regulation of the Ministry of Finance On procurement and procurement management in the public sector, 2017 Kalasin Province by purposive. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by descriptive statistic and paired t – test.

     The research results were found that understanding of personnel involved in the purchase or hiring process. Regulation of the Ministry of Finance On Public Procurement and Procurement Management, 2017. Namon Hospital Kalasin Province before and after the operation, it was found that overall and every item There was a statistically significant difference at the .05 level, with a higher level of understanding of personnel than before.
