Abstract

By conducting a study Then conduct a risk assessment to select a population  group  After the  risk  assessment,  a  sample  group  was  obtained  from  1  team  and 3 sub-tasks,  namely the  installation of the  columnar  equipment.  Electrical wiring  work  And  moving   electric  poles,  totaling 15 people  by  studying the basic information about construction workers Illness and occupational hazards   Survey   of   working    conditions    and    working    environment Qualitative   data   collection   in  the   study   construction.    This   includes engaging   observations   of   work   behavior,   in - depth   interviews,   and understanding of  occupational  health and  safety  issues.  Apply  learning styles and solutions to occupational health and safety problems.  To obtain guidelines  and  measures  for  prevention   and  remedy  of   problems  or hazards  arising  from work. Then follow up  on the  learning results.  And evaluate the results Take action to find areas that need improvement
             The results of the study showed that the construction workers were confident  in  performing  their  duties.  Therefore  working  with  habit or experience  Occasionally,  they prefer challenging and risky work.  Instead of using tools  Labor-saving machine  And personal  protective  equipment Because   of   the  construction   workers   All   working   for   a   long   time Therefore,  they do not pay  attention  to work  safety  as they  should,  and work  in  unsuitable   environments.  T herefore,  there  are  work - related illnesses such as neck pain,  flow pain,  back  pain,  lumbar  pain,  leg pain, etc.  There are problems with eye health  such as eyestrain,  blurred vision and   injuries  from  work - related  accidents  on  a  weekly  basis  such  as having something Cut Being hit by a solid, etc.
