บทบาทพยาบาลในการดูแลภาวะขาดนํ้าในเด็ก

ภาวะขาดนํ้าเป็นภาวะที่พบได้บ่อยในเด็กโดยเฉพาะเด็กเล็ก ส่วนใหญ่สาเหตุจากความผิดปกติของระบบทางเดินอาหาร ในกรณีที่ภาวะขาดนํ้าอยู่ในระดับรุนแรงอาจจะส่งผลให้การทำงานของอวัยวะในร่างกายผิดปกติจนอาจถึงแก่ชีวิตได้ พยาบาลมีบทบาทสำคัญในการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาลเพื่อช่วยให้เด็กที่มีภาวะขาดนํ้ากลับเข้าสู่ภาวะปกติอย่างปลอดภัย สาระในบทความเพื่อให้พยาบาลมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเด็กที่มีภาวะขาดนํ้าเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อน โดยการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาลซึ่งประกอบด้วยการประเมิน การตั้งข้อวินิจฉัยการพยาบาล การวางแผนการพยาบาลเพื่อให้การดูแลเด็กและให้ความรู้ผู้ดูแลเด็ก การให้การพยาบาลตามแผนการพยาบาล รวมถึงการประเมินผลการพยาบาลเพื่อปรับเปลี่ยนแผนการพยาบาลให้สอดคล้องกับอาการทางคลินิกของเด็ก
