ผลของแอปพลิเคชันบนมือถือต่อความรู้เรื่องความเสี่ยงและอาการเตือนของโรคหลอดเลือดสมองในผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูง โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลบ้านต้นธงชัย จังหวัดลำปาง

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของแอปพลิเคชันบนมือถือต่อความรู้เรื่องความเสี่ยงและอาการเตือนของโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ที่เป็นโรคความดันโลหิตสูง ที่มารับบริการที่โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลบ้านต้นธงชัย จังหวัดลำปาง จำานวน 48 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 24 คน กลุ่มทดลองได้รับการให้ความรู้เรื่องความเสี่ยงและอาการเตือนของโรคหลอดเลือดสมองผ่านแอปพลิเคชันบนมือถือ เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วยแอปพลิเคชันบนมือถือแบบบันทึกข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบบันทึกข้อมูลสุขภาพ แบบทดสอบความรู้เรื่องความเสี่ยงและอาการเตือนของโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง ที่มีค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.87 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นคูเดอร์-ริชาดสัน (KR-20) เท่ากับ 0.79 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนาและ Independent t-test
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้เรื่องความเสี่ยงและอาการเตือนของโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง มากกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = 5.13, p = .000) แสดงให้เห็นว่า แอปพลิเคชันบนมือถือที่พัฒนาภายใต้กรอบแนวคิดการสื่อสารสุขภาพ ช่วยส่งเสริมให้ผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูง ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มเสี่ยงต่อการเป็นโรคหลอดเลือดสมองสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพได้อย่างสะดวก และสามารถเฝ้าระวังสุขภาพตนเองได้อย่างเหมาะสม จึงควรสนับสนุนให้นำโปรแกรมแอปพลิเคชันบนมือถือไปใช้ในการป้องกันและลดความเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดโรคหลอดเลือดสมองต่อไป
