โมเดลอิทธิพลเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อคุณลักษณะของ นักศึกษาสาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬาในศตวรรษที่ 21

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลทางตรงและทางอ้อมของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณลักษณะของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา ชั้นปีที่ 1-4 เป็นเพศชายและเพศหญิง จำนวนทั้งหมด 500 คน ที่ศึกษาอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2567 โดยเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามโมเดลอิทธิพลเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อคุณลักษณะของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬาในศตวรรษที่ 21 แบ่งเป็น 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านการพัฒนาตนเอง ด้านภูมิหลังของนักศึกษา ด้านการยอมรับหลักสูตร และด้านคุณลักษณะของนักวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โมเดลอิทธิพลเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อคุณลักษณะของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้ศึกษาอิทธิพลเชิงสาเหตุ 4 ด้าน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้นด้านการยอมรับหลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และโมเดลอิทธิพลเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อคุณลักษณะของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่สร้างขึ้นมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่าไค-สแควร์ (χ2) เท่ากับ 70.46 ค่าไค-สแควร์สัมพัทธ์ (χ2/df) เท่ากับ 0.95 ค่าความน่าจะเป็น (p-value) เท่ากับ 0.011 ค่าประมาณความคลาดเคลื่อนของรากกำลังสองเฉลี่ย (RMSEA) เท่ากับ 0.030 ค่าดัชนีความกลมกลืน (GFI) เท่ากับ 0.91 ค่าดัชนีความกลมกลืนที่ปรับแก้แล้ว (AGFI) เท่ากับ 0.91 ค่าขนาดตัวอย่างวิกฤต (CN) เท่ากับ 428.11 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความสอดคล้องเปรียบเทียบ (CFI) เท่ากับ 1.00 ค่าดัชนีของรากกำลังสองเฉลี่ยของเศษ (RMR) เท่ากับ 0.0086 และสัมประสิทธิ์การพยากรณ์ (R2) เท่ากับ 0.85 สรุปได้ว่า อิทธิพลทางตรงและทางอ้อมของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณลักษณะของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา ในแต่ละด้านมีความสำคัญมากไม่แพ้กัน เพราะการที่นักศึกษาได้เลือกเรียนในสาขาวิชานี้ ได้เล็งเห็นความสำคัญที่จะทำให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดในวิชาชีพต่อไป
