บทคัดย่อ

บทความนี้นำเสนอการสังเคราะห์นิยามและความหมายของ "พฤติกรรมการป้องกันตนเองทางด้านสุขภาพ" จากกรอบแนวคิดและทฤษฎีที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ ทฤษฎีแรงจูงใจเพื่อการป้องกัน รูปแบบความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ ทฤษฎีการรับรู้ประสิทธิภาพแห่งตน และทฤษฎีการดูแลตนเองของโอเร็ม ผลการสังเคราะห์แสดงให้เห็นว่า พฤติกรรมการป้องกันตนเองทางด้านสุขภาพ หมายถึง ศักยภาพด้านความฉลาดทางสุขภาพที่มีอิทธิพลต่อระดับคุณภาพชีวิต โดยบุคคลจะแสดงพฤติกรรมตามคำแนะนำของบุคลากรทางสุขภาพเมื่อมีการรับรู้คุณค่าและประโยชน์ต่อตนเอง ทั้งนี้ แม้จะมีการรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์ แต่อาจไม่นำไปสู่การปฏิบัติหากบุคคลรับรู้ว่ามีอุปสรรคในระดับที่ไม่สามารถเอาชนะได้ ดังนั้น การแสดงออกของพฤติกรรมป้องกันจึงมีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญกับแรงจูงใจด้านสุขภาพ ซึ่งเป็นกระบวนการกำหนดเป้าหมายอย่างมีระบบและการจัดการพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของตนเองอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพภายใต้บริบทที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้บุคคลสามารถปรับตัวและดำรงชีวิตได้อย่างเหมาะสม ข้อค้นพบสำคัญจากการสังเคราะห์นี้ คือ การบูรณาการมุมมองเชิงทฤษฎีจากหลากหลายมิติเข้าด้วยกัน ซึ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นว่าพฤติกรรมการป้องกันมิได้เป็นผลมาจากองค์ประกอบใดองค์ประกอบหนึ่ง เช่น ความรู้หรือทัศนคติเพียงอย่างเดียว แต่เป็นผลลัพธ์ของปฏิสัมพันธ์ที่ซับซ้อนระหว่างการรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์และอุปสรรค การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง และแรงจูงใจภายใน นิยามที่ได้จากการสังเคราะห์นี้มีขอบเขตที่ครอบคลุมกว่านิยามที่มีอยู่ในวรรณกรรมเดิม โดยเฉพาะการบูรณาการมิติของ "ความฉลาดทางสุขภาพ" และ "การจัดการพฤติกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ" เข้ามาเป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญ ทำให้สามารถสะท้อนความซับซ้อนและพลวัตของพฤติกรรมป้องกันในบริบทสุขภาพร่วมสมัยได้อย่างชัดเจนยิ่งขึ้น นอกจากนี้ นิยามที่ได้รับการพัฒนาขึ้นยังสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้เป็นกรอบแนวคิดพื้นฐานในการออกแบบและพัฒนาโปรแกรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพที่มีประสิทธิผลสูงขึ้นในบริบทต่างๆ
