Learning organization and factors related to the learning organization of village health volunteers Mueang Phang Nga District, Phang Nga Province

Abstract

This research is a cross-sectional research. to study the level of being a learning organization. and factors related to learning at the individual level of village health volunteers Mueang Phang Nga District, Phang Nga Province, sample group Become a village health volunteer Working in subdistrict health promotion hospitals in the area under the Mueang Phang Nga District Public Health Office or Phang Nga Hospital, there were 315 people using the cluster sampling method, using a questionnaire divided into 4 parts, including part 1, general information of the respondents. Part 2: Individual Level Learning, Part 3: Team Level Learning, and Part 4: Organizational Level Learning. Descriptive statistics were used. Describe the characteristics of the study sample. and learning organization level Explain the factors that are related to the learning organization of regular public health volunteers. Using the Simple linear regression.

          The research results found that learning organizations of village health volunteers Mueang Phang Nga District, Phang Nga Province, overall and learning at each level at a high level Arranged as follows: organization-level learning (x̅ = 4.06, SD = 0.66), team-level learning (x̅ = 4.03, SD = 0.66), and individual-level learning (x̅ = 3.89, SD = 0.63). For the factors that have a relationship with Learning at the individual level of village health volunteers Mueang Phang Nga District, Phang Nga Province is a connection with the Community and Its Environment Connection, Shared Vision, Knowledge Management and training in the 2-year period. Therefore, there should be a policy to promote Learning of village health volunteers It starts with allowing village health volunteers to play a role in creating the organization's vision together. There are increasingly clear forms of knowledge management. And most importantly, increase operational processes that are connected to the community and the environment.
