The accuracy of the screening is inaccordance with the level of emergency and urgency. As for the evaluation results of emergencypatient sorting quality, it is found that 94.96% of the cases were correctly sorted, with 2.10%under triage and 2.94% over triage. Regarding the duration of nursing care at the emergencyunit according to patient management procedures of Dan Chang Hospital from the triage pointto being discharged from the emergency unit, it took an average of 22.08 minutes (S.D = 5.47),which is a measure to reduce ER-Overcrowding according to the guidelines for organizingemergency room services of the Department of Medical Services, Ministry of Public Health.
