Lessons learned from mental health staffs in government hospitals providing psychological services for children and families online to analyze development opportunities in behavior modification online service.

For this process of data collection, qualitative research was used to do focus group discussion in 5 expert staffs and 15 general staffs who work in the children and family service units.
The conclusion from process of data collection is divided to 2 main themes in order to develop the psychological online which is 1) characteristics and work process of providing psychological online service in children and family service units and 2) analyzing and sharing previous work performance.
