1. Article authors must not submit articles, that have not been published anywhere before. and do not submit duplicate Manuscripts to other Journals.

2. Authors must take into account research ethics, not violate, not copy other people's work as their own. Can refer to text, images, tables of other people's articles, in order not to infringe copyright, and will be the sole responsibility of the author.

3. The author must provide the manuscript of the article according to "Advice for Authors".

4. The author named in the article must be a contributor to the preparation of the article or participating in the conduct of the research.

5. The author must verify the accuracy of the list of references. And should refer to documents as necessary appropriately.

7. The author must complete the revision of the article according to the evaluation results from the experts and the editorial team within the specified time.

8. In the article, the author must not report information that is inaccurate. Whether creating false information or forgery, misrepresentation, including embellishment, or choosing to display specific information consistent with conclusions.
