Development of a process model for driving health constitutions in specific areas on the issue of prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019 in the area

Abstract

The purpose of this action research was to develop a process model for driving a specific health statute. on the issue of prevention and control of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 in the area of ​​Ban  SiUdom Health Promoting Hospital, Trakaj Sub-district, Kantharalak District, Sisaket Province between September 2022 – January 2023, a total of 20 weeks.The sample group consisted of individuals Chief of Public Health Division Members of the sub-district administration, community leaders,volunteers, public health officials,School health teachers, Abbots, Grocery store operators, Temple affairs manager, people, durian farmers, totaling 70 people. The sample group for the evaluation of the prevention and control of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 was 108 people. The research used the quality management process (PAOR) for 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of  4 steps: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Analyze data by collecting, categorizing, analyzing content and comparing the mean differences of scores before and after using paired t-test statistics. The process model for driving the health statute in specific areas on the issue of prevention and control of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 is SIUDOM Model consisting of1)Structure &Policy: There is an operational committee and clearly defined roles. 2) Integration & Coordination Integration and coordination of cooperation among all sectors in the community 3) Unity: Unity or unity 4) Distribute: Share ownership of the work done with the main responsible person. 5) Open eyes – Open mild: People in the community open their eyes and open their minds to work together.6) Measure monitor and motivation: Determine assessment practices that are consistent with  the context. There is continuity and the evaluation results are adapted to benefit from the results of the developed research model to increase the potential for prevention and control of the disease, prevention and control of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 by using the local health statute of Ban SiUdom Health Promoting Hospital, Trakaj Sub-district, Kantharalak District Sisaket Province achieved the set goals.
