Abstract

This qualitative study aims to study the situation, roles and duties, personnel management, and increasing personnel potential in dealing with the spread of COVID-19 disease, both before and after the outbreak of the disease. This is a retrospective study, data were collected from in-depth interviews with a sample of 10 people between January and June 2023 through the process of extracting lessons from COVID-19 operations.
