Development of a model for social quality development operations of the District Quality of Life Development Committee, Non Khun District, Sisaket Province

Abstract

           This action research The objective is to develop an operational model for improving social quality of the Society Model by District Health Board : DBH, Non Khun District, Sisaket Province. The target group used in developing the process has a total of 41 people, including the District Health Board (DHB), 21 people,   the Subcommittee on Social Quality Development, 20 people, and the sample groups used in the evaluation. 200 people The research used the process of Kemmis and Mctaggart (1968) which consists of 4 steps: 1) planning operations, 2) implementing    the operations according to the plan, 3) monitoring and observing. and step 4) reflecting on the results, analyzing data by collecting, categorizing, and analyzing content. and compare the difference in the mean scores before and after using paired t-test statistics between July 2021 and May 2022. The research results found that   the model of social quality development operations of the  District Health Board (DHB) is the TAGSTEAM Model which is 1) Team District Health board: Appointment of sub-committee teams at the district and sub-district level 2) Aanalysis Data: Collection, analysis of data and return of data using the same approach 3) Good vision: Setting vision and goals. Operations 4) Strategy Planning : participatory planning in designing activities 5) Tombon Budget support : organizing a Hug Phaeng run for Non Khun people in each sub-district 6) Essential Care : providing care Visit and help strengthen the target group. 7) Appreciation Capacity building: Appreciation and giving value. Develop personnel and create resource networks 8) Motivation lessons learning : Organizing a motivational forum to exchange knowledge and extract lessons. 

           The results after developing the model found that the score level according to the UCCARE criteria was significantly higher than before the implementation at the 0.05 level, with scores passing the criterion level 4 and above in every category.The developed model can be used to further develop social quality.
