Objective: To study the quality of working life of village health volunteers in supporting primary care services under the situation of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 outbreak.The study method was a cross-sectional analytical research by studying Vol.102 and interviewed 4 staff of Pa Kho Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital. The questionnaire of Health Service Area 8 was used to collect data between 19-30 November 2022.Data were analyzed by computer program. Descriptive Statistical Analysis to explain personal information The level of knowledge and perception about operations under the situation of the outbreak of the novel coronavirus disease 2019 and quality of life Analyze Pearson's correlation coefficient for finding factors that are related to the level of quality of life, village health volunteers. The study found that 90.20 percent of female volunteers were over 60 years old, 33.33 percent of their time as volunteer volunteers averaged 17.47 years. monthly telephone bills more than 300 baht 40.20 percent, knowledge and perception about work at a high level, mean 4.34 There was a high level of quality of life with an average of 4.01, work as a team unity. Personal data was associated with low quality of life. not statistically significant. knowledge and performance perception was a positive correlation with low quality of life statistically significant 0.05 ( r = 0.258 P-value = 0.009)
Summary and review Volunteer volunteers had a high level of quality of life, resulting from good relationship with colleagues, working as a team, and unity. personal information Knowledge and perception There was a positive correlation with quality of life . Motivation should be encouraged. Develop knowledge and awareness of VHVs in order to enhance the quality of life leading to effective performance.
